Mr. Fritz has 21 years experience in land development including extensive work in site/civil engineering profession of which 17 have been in the Las Vegas/Southern Nevada area. He possesses a broad range of work experience in various disciplines including: drainage/hydrology, project management, planning entitlements, estimating, entitlements, grading, off-site improvements, and street/utility infrastructure designs for numerous commercial, residential and industrial civil improvement projects.
Mr. Fritz has specialized in the design of site improvements for commercial, business and industrial parks, retail shopping centers, shopping malls, office and flex facilities, elementary, middle, high, and university schools, parks, and storage/warehouse centers for Nevada's leading land developers and public agencies.
