Tom Miller, P.E.

Principal

Mr. Miller has 14 years local experience in Las Vegas and 5 years with Martin & Martin, previously serving as a Project Manager and the Traffic Manager. With a background in traffic and transportation related projects, site planning and civil engineering in both the public and private sector, Mr. Miller's knowledge of local conditions, permitting requirements and government contacts has made him a key component of the design team.

Mr. Miller has worked on a regular basis and coordinated with Regional Transportation Commission, Nevada Department of Transportation, City of North Las Vegas, Clark County, City of Henderson and City of Las Vegas. His involvement as past state chapter president of NSPE and active involvement with ITE and APWA has allowed him to develop professional relationships across the Las Vegas Valley which is useful when coordinating designs. He contributes a broad background of knowledge of local and regional design issues and has provided a number of studies to developers that include parking, site circulation, signal progression and traffic impact analyses.
