The Hughes Center is a premier 68-acre mixed-use, master-planned business center in the high growth area of central Las Vegas. Martin & Martin provided civil improvement plans for a 7 acre portion of the master plan known as 3883 Howard Hughes Parkway. The proposed project included a 14-story, 165 ft. tall, 277,200 sq. ft. professional and business services building with an adjacent 7-story parking garage. The scope of services included a technical drainage study, civil engineering and surveying services which included master planning, schematic design, construction documents, construction services and parking analysis.
A Traffic Impact Analysis was prepared that modeled the effect of this 14-story office building and 950 space parking garage on the surrounding area, along with an air quality analyses, traffic demand management plans and a pedestrian analyses.
