The Forum Shops at Caesars
The Forum Shops at Caesars is one of the nation's premier retail, dining, and entertainment destinations. Featuring more than 160 boutiques and shops, as well as 13 restaurants and specialty food shops, the Forum Shops continue to hold their position as the most successful shopping venue in the country.
Martin & Martin provided site civil engineering services for a 320,000 sq. ft. retail expansion of the Forum Shops. Services included preparing design and construction drawings, drainage study, sewer and water systems and coordination with the architect and general contractor to ensure a timely incorporation of design revisions and resolution of construction problems.
Along with guiding plans through the Clark County approval process, Martin & Martin also assisted in air quality permitting, noise permitting, and FAA approvals.
