Martin & Martin provided full civil engineering services for this mixed-use 30+ acre, 400,000 sq. ft. retail/residential/office project in Green Valley Ranch which in comprised of twelve separate building pads. Services included survey, drainage and traffic studies, right-of-way and easement document preparation, offsite street design, conceptual grading and utility plans, schematic, design development and construction drawings, and construction services.
