Turnberry Place

Turnberry Place is one of the most luxurious residential enclaves to be built in Las Vegas within the past decade. Where the convenience and sophistication of cosmopolitan living blend with the camaraderie, companionship, and personal services of the world-class Stirling Club, this fully staffed and monitored 24-hour community is close to paradise. At your footsteps, you can get everything you want from the 30,000 sq. ft. European-style spa and fitness center to the indoor and outdoor swimming pools to the tennis complex and variety of casual and fine dining.

Martin & Martin provided full civil engineering services for this 15+ acre development. We successfully guided civil improvement plans through the Clark County approval process along with additional approvals from other agencies such as the Federal Aviation Administration and the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection. Included in our design services was an internal roadway network with fire access, a one acre pool facility, tennis courts, and waste water lift station.
