Construction Administration

Our work doesn’t need to end when the construction documents are approved. We desire to be a part of the project through grand opening by offering our experienced staff for construction administration services.

Martin & Martin has provided construction management services to our clients beginning with the bidding process through project closeout.

Martin & Martin has developed bid documents, solicited and evaluated bids, and helped negotiate contracts for site development projects. During construction, we can direct contractor activities to meet specifications and schedule requirements, respond to RFI’s, perform site inspections, and review laboratory and test reports. This effort generally involves the monitoring of project costs and change orders.

Finally, project close-out activities, including site restoration, project completion requirements, and verification of final payments can be administered by Martin & Martin.
