Our dedicated team is committed to a project from its early concept stages all the way through completion of construction. This level of trust and understanding has resulted in relationships that span decades with many of our developer clients.

We have structured our practice to enable our project managers, engineers, designers and technical staff to build dedicated teams around clients and projects. Our services are provided so that our clients have to make only one call to obtain all of the support needed for their project. These projects include shopping centers and mixeduse developments; office and industrial parks; multi-phase residential developments; educational and health care complexes; recreational parks and trails; gaming & hospitality; and entertainment and sports venues.

Our Site Civil Engineering Services Group provides services to real estate developers, architects, planners, industries, educational institutions, health care facilities, and contractors. Our in-house expertise allows us to work as consultants and master planners in the pre-development phases; as engineers and technical advisors during the critical site development and permitting phases; and as your representative during construction.

As any project develops, we have the capability to bring in additional specialty consultants/experts if the need arises.

Working as an independent consultant or as a member of a design team, M&M works on projects which are regularly selected by Southwest Contractor Magazine for their "Top Projects in Nevada" and "Best of... Outstanding Engineering Project in Nevada" lists.
